Information:

Receipt of Order - For your convenience, The Paddock does not require a signature on standard Ground shipments.  Signatures are required on Express and Freight shipments.

Order Inspection - All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt.  Damage, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt.  Any damage to a freight order must be documented with the carrier before accepting the package.

Refused / Undeliverable Orders - If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will process it in accordance with our "Hassle Free Return" policy. In order to receive a reshipment, please contact a customer service representative.

Damage Protection - You can put your mind at ease, by adding our $2.50 Damage Protection Plan to your order.  You no longer have to deal directly with the carrier on damage claims.  If you have a damaged order arrive, just call our 800 number and speak with a Customer Service representative.  We will reship a replacement piece immediately (if available) and handle the claim for you.
